Feeling good!

Breakfast: eggs, banana, coffee with MCT oil
Snack: Gluten free toast with butter, turkey
Lunch: chicken breast with avocado, kimchee, rice
Snack: apple, coffee with gelatin, pecans
Dinner: chicken wings, salad, rice

5:30 am: crossfit
